Sales person would not provide a quote because he thought they would be too expensive. I don't even have a budget for my project and would have likely been able to work with whatever pricing they would have been able to provide. Based on the other reviews I've seen, I think they have some lazy sales persons. This is not good business in my opinion. I'll copy them when I send my PO to another supplier.
Dura Magnetics has been a supplier of ours since 2003. They have great customer service and supply us with many types of custom and stock magnets. I work with Neil who always gets the job done for us. I highly recommend them!
Sales person was rude and unhelpful over the course of just a few emails trying to get information for a product. Was unwilling to generate more than a single quote. Of the many suppliers for magnets we will never do business with this one.
