David, the shipping and receiving fella is very friendly and informative. Gives you a map and directions on where to go, I also provided a screen shot of where to go to load. Must have 4' pipe stacks for loading purposes, and remember to not throw the hooks on these pipe, roll straps up and throw the non hook side. Easy securement, in and out. Stay safe drivers

As a trucker I'll give it a 3 depending on what your picking up I've seen some guys pick up regular pipes in an out but god forbid if they send u under the bridge to get loaded there's only one crane operator when i was there and u gota wait for him to move across one end to the other to load you could be 3 hrs or more befor it happens
