I just spoke with Tonya, OMG amazing. I know nothing about Orings or belt drives and had been forced into figuring out a solution to a problem with a conveyor system and boy did she help me all the way. Walked me through what info i needed and exactly what belt to order. These folks KNOW there stuff and Tonya was Amazballs!!
