I highly recommend. Hooman is very professional. He helped me a lot both physically and mentally. I have been suffering from back pains for over 10 years and couldn’t do anything about it. I tried many different physiotherapy centres and they didn’t help at all. I was very disappointed and depressed until a friend referred me here. Since my pains were very complex, he patiently helped me get back to normal with acupuncture and corrective exercises. I am much better and happier now.
I have been going to Dur1 for more than 2 years now on a weekly basis. Even during my pregnancy, I trained with Hooman and Kathy. Now during postpartum, dealing with all sorts of aches and pains related to handling the baby, I love how every single training is curated to my body needs.
