As a Dur-a-lift dealer, I know the quality first hand, and can personally attest to the quality of both the product, and the company behind the product.
Don't buy from them unless you like spending thousands on repairs. Rotator motor bad, DC pump doesn't work, control board for the boom fried in the truck because the installer just stuffs the relays and boards into the floor of the truck instead of mounting them on a bracket and had to take apart the entire boom to fix a plug that was leaking because they didn't tighten it from the factory. Boom and truck are less then 1.5 years old and just have numerous problems. No extra warranty or anything from duralift ever mentioned.
Dur-A-Lift is hands-down one of my favorite places to load. The staff is friendly, organized, and they run a tight ship — which, as any experienced driver knows, is a blessing. Every time I’ve come here, they’ve had me in and out without hassle because I follow their clearly communicated schedule. It’s not rocket science.
Their team is easy to work with; they helped me build a bucket truck that fits my needs nicely. They'll be the first ones I call if or when I decide to expand my fleet.
