I'm a driver and lately I've been paying attention to the things I noticed while picking up and dropping off here, the guy David doesn't allow the Black drivers to pick up the containers early but he allows the Hispanic drivers to pick-up and drop off how they want. I've seen this more than once. I've also spoken with a couple of employees who aren't Hispanic who says it's like this inside of the warehouse, meaning certain people are picked on and disciplined while others aren't. Have picked the coffee up here for years. Employees are always very helpful. The loading is fast and efficient.

We own a Houston-based coffee business, House of Coffee Beans, and come to pick up our coffee several times a month. The orders are always correct, the coffee and bags are in perfect condition and the staff is friendly and helpful. Honestly, I’m always surprised how friendly and helpful they are given that they’re often loading a lot of very heavy bags of coffee into the back of the truck in very hot Houston temperatures. I checked in at 10am on 8/4/25 they had me waiting until 2:38pm just to get someone to check the trailer. After that I waited until 3:38pm to get dd30, once there they didn't start unloading me until the office was closed at 4pm. When I asked the guy to write the time down he refused too. Glad that the broker was still tracking the load until I marked it as delivered. 🤣 jokes on them
