I would not recommend this contractor. Have had multiple issues with plumbing. Recently found out issue stemmed from installation and they were no help. Poor quality has led to three septic tank and water line backups resulting in countless dollars of water damage. Buyer beware, stay away!
Eli with Dupree was very professional and prompt during our warranty service. Very quick, helpful and out the door. Will use Dupree again with Eli.
I just moved in to new location and after a month hot water stopped working called them had someone come out because electrical said it might be thermostat issues couple days after that back not working called today and they advised pretty much a whole week before someone can come out which is frustrating as hell the person i spoke to didn’t even recommend to say if we have something earlier i can contact you (the first rep i spoke to did on the first occasion) i just feel like under these circumstances it should be more peo... read more
