BE FOREWARNED ... Lynda helped us with an O&G lease years ago so we went back when EQT was not honoring our lease. Signed her "Engagement" agreement in which she stated we'd be billed every 60 days. We paid her the agreed engagement fee. After SEVEN MONTHS she sent us a bill for more than 10x the agreed engagement fee and itemized all seven months worth of services which she failed to bill on 60-day terms as per HER written agreement and said we should have known better and asked for the bills SHE agreed to issue...
