I was mainly interested in finding auto insurance that was easy to understand. This option seemed to meet that need. The information was clear enough for me to follow and I could get through the coverage details without feeling confused.

I thought the insurance process was easy from beginning to end. The coverage information was clear and I could understand what the different options meant. I also liked having the costs available so I could consider everything together before deciding.

I had contacted Carrie Richard for a quote on my mobile home here in Lafayette. She was so Proffesional and efficient on answering all of my questions. She even texted me to ask about my decision, or see if there was anything else she could help me with. Although i stayed with the company I was with, I definitely will keep her in mind for next year. Out of the 5 agencies I contacted she’s the only one who wrote back to see if I made my decision. Your company sure has a great employee in her Thank You!
