We employ seven ASE certified technicians, four of which have earned the coveted L1 advanced certification. Subaru, Honda and Chrysler Master Technicians are also on staff. Very friendly and professional staff, great communication and an easy loaner car experience
I had a brake line bust and had it towed in because it was affiliated with AAA so I assumed it was an honest shop. Unfortunately I was wrong. A brake line should be $150-300 to replace, these are numbers I got from two different mechanics, one in Litchfield NH and one that was a former mechanic. Dupont quoted me $1100 for the repair. No idea where they got this number but they held the car for 6 days (4 business days) for a 1-4 hour job. Number one rated top shelf customer service and high-end quality work and craftsmanship. These guys know what they are doing. Being in business for 60years says something. Their rates are probably a bit more than other shops yet, you get what you pay for. Worth every penny. Great experience with Dupont’s Service Center. Booking was easy, the team kept me well updated throughout, and everyone was professional and accommodating. I’m used to the white-glove service at BMW, and Dupont’s delivers a very similar level of care. Very happy with the overall experience and will definitely return.
