Now I can understand why people rating this location poorly. I didn’t have time to go to my regular threading place and I wanted to give a chance to this location. The lady did a very sloppy job very quickly. I could have done a better job than her at home. I literally wasted my money.

Pabitra does a great job threading my eyebrows and lip every month. She is kind, precise, and highly skilled.

I had a disappointing experience at the threading salon today. I have been getting my upper lip, chin, and sideburns threaded for over 20 years so I am very familiar with the process. However, when I went here for my regular threading, the aesthetician did not thread my jawline area and left all the hair there. When I asked her to also thread my jawline like I normally get done, she told me that was considered the "neck" area and would be an extra charge. Terrible service-spent money for nothing. No powder or skin toner unless you ask for it. Cheap thick thread that irritates the skin. All the woman did was run the thick cheap thread over my skin in a minute. The woman was extremely ill mannered. The place was empty-why didn't I listen to my gut-to not give them a try. She also sassed me after I asked if there a magnified mirror to show her the missed spots. Who does that? How come you treated me so badly? l told you it was my 1st time in your shop.
