They use high quality parts, don’t cut corners, and do what they say when they say it. I always think their rates are very fair and honest. DuPont still solders their copper joints like the old school way - most modern plumbers don’t. I’ll never use another plumber!

This business is a joke. I had them come out for a possible plumbing leak in two locations and he "couldn't find anything". So with no resolution and a new hole in my wall, I was still charged over $200. I asked to speak with a manager and was never contacted back. The receptionist said they would refund me $50 and send out a "more experienced plumber" in which I declined and never received the refund. Very poor customer service.

Dupont Plumbing was a lifesaver! It was discovered that I had an underground water leak. Anthony came out and discussed all options with the best (and most logical) being replacing the original 100+ year old galvanized steel main with a new line. The severity of the leak required water to be shut off to the house until the repair was made. Under these conditions, Dupont made my work a priority on their schedule.
