Fair warning. On Feb 5th 2020 I attended an appointment for a suspected ear infection. I was initially greeted by a nice lady who took me back and gave me a hearing test. Unbeknownst to me I went along thinking that this was some sort of standard procedure. Given that I was aware my hearing was impaired I was not surprised when she diagnosed me with hearing loss.
