I heard about Dupont many many years ago and have always returned here after doing my research. There is a wide range of products, the prices are competitive and the staff is excellent. Both Jerry and Steven are very helpful and patient at explaining the products and their differences. I also love their easy access parking lot. Thank you.
I bought a Toto Drake toilet at Dupont plumbing this week. Great service and competative pricing. After having it installed yesterday I thought I was missing a small part to cover an opening in the porcelian and I called Dupont to see if they could order one for me.I was told that I was given the wrong seat for the unit and to come back to be given the correct one at no charge. I picked up the proper seat this morning and am impressed by their customer service and would recommend this business to one and all. Darrell Dorsk
