I have tried 5 times to schedule an appointment. Navigating the system is a tedious process. Today I was on hold for 20 minutes with no results. I need to schedule a mammogram, family history of breast cancer and I feel a lump. Not a good way to start the process and now I have no idea where to go or if insurance will cover it.
When your having one of the most emotional procedures of a woman life it helps to have a great staff like this one. They have snacks which for some reason really calmed me down and the techs were patient and soothing. While I never want to return because of cancer this will always be my preffered place for my mammograms.
