Dupont Decks is really a team of experienced people responsible for different steps of the build. I could not be happier with everyone involved. You have a project manager to ask question to and she emails all important information to keep the job on track. The lead builder and his team are craftsmen that really take pride in what they build. My wife and I really love the deck and how well the project stayed on track. I would recommend Dupont Decks to any one wanting a deck build or upgrade.

Our experience with DuPont Decks was amazing. We highly recommend them!!!! Great customer service from everyone. Our deck looks great!! They kept us informed the entire time with what was happening. We recently had two badly bowing post supports replaced on our deck and are very happy with the results! From start to finish, everyone we interacted with was friendly and professional. We appreciated that Justin took the time to clearly explain the problem and walked us through our options. Scheduling was a bit of a challenge due to weather and supply chain factors, which is completely understandable. We had Dupont Decks remove our old deck and build us a new one. They spent a lot of time helping us with the design and color. They addressed issues we had with the old deck and met all our specifications. They were extremely detail orientated and easy to work with. They showed up when they said they would and completed the work on time. The work team kept the area clean during the entire process. We were very impressed with their work and are very happy with our new deck. We highly recommend Dupont Decks.

We are so thankful that Dupont worked our small stairs project into our neighbor’s deck project schedule. The stairs look very professional and are solid. They are not going anywhere. The planning, contract, and payment processes were all online and very simple. When we requested a small change to our project, they were quick to handle it. We first had some cinder block steps to get into the house and then some hand-me-down woods steps that were too short.
