My dog didn't want to leave!! Clean and professional are just two words to describe the kennel facilities. My dog told me all I need to know. I boarded him while I went on vacation for a week. I went to pick up my dog and he happily ran to see me. When I said "let's go home" - he looked at me and ran back toward the kennel with a smile on his face. He loves the place!!
We boarded our dog Ruger here Thursday of last week until Monday of this week so our daughter could have surgery down at Riley and us not worry about the care of our dog. Growing up my parents boarded their dogs here and never had an issue. When we went to pick Ruger up (we were not told what time he needed to be picked up before we would be charged another day so I had to book it there) he got in the car and his blanket, toy and body smelled horribly of urine. We boarded our dog there and when we picked him up three days later his new blanket we left for him and his new toy was full of urine. Not only that but he smelled so bad like urine that we had to bathe him when we got home. When we asked why he was so dirty and urine all over him they said unless we asked for vip ( which we didn’t know about) then our dog wasn’t let out. That is cruelty as far as I’m concerned. I would not recommend this place at all.

My yorkie Max a Million had some yuky hair around his eyes and nose they got him in for a quick clean up. Lori also got Juliette nails trimmed. Thanks so much for the fast service
Kind and competent staff, very reasonable prices, true love of pets. We use them regularly for grooming our dog and occasionally for boarding our dog and cats.
I have had my dogs groomed here for years and they love it. They always look ans smell so good when done. Getting ready to try boarding my 2 small dogs for a couple of days. I will post how it goes when I pick them up. I do not expect anything but excellant service as always.
