This is by far the worst facial I’ve ever had. I got a Groupon and thank God I did because it was half the price if I would’ve paid full price for this, I would’ve been very upset. I’m currently emailing Groupon to see if I could receive a refund. my first impression about going into the tiny room was that it was cluttered unorganized, and it seemed dirty. Still, I decided to give it a chance and lay down. She did not explain to me the process of getting a Hydro facial or asked me if I was allergic to anything, and then proc... read more
