I have been with this company since 2010. I love my Lexmark I purchased in 2010. Last month 7500 copies. I am a sole practitioner. My machine needs very little service maybe twice a year and I truly put it thru constant use. When I need service they are there the same day or the next day. Friendly, very knowledgeable employees. If you need business equipment this should always be your first call. You won’t be disappointed
