We had a need to replace an old copier given to us and reached out to Duplicator and a competitor. Duplicator based suggestions on our specific needs and we then chose from several suitable options. They took away our old unit when they delivered and set up the new. They remain available whenever we have questions and we have nothing but good things to say about them. We highly recommend them.
