Duplicating Products is the BEST in customer service. Our consultant Larry Lynn is ALWAYS on top of things and promptly gets back to us whenever we request service or have other questions. I just had a technician leave my office (this is the Monday before Thanksgiving) - our copier had a bit of an issue with some labels this weekend - and he was here and had gotten us back up and running before 9:00 am!!
