Wonderful instructors, welcoming and safe environment, great students. The atmosphere can't help but get you excited to begin your classes. Loud music as the instructors encourage you to keep going even when you're dog tired. Realistic application and pressure testing during Krav classes. We go over wrestling, kickboxing, boxing, ground fighting and weapons fighting and apply them to self defense situations. Each class you'll end up wanting to give your all and tired and exhausted but ready for more.
