My doctor sent me here for an xray, the front office staff has issues in maintaining professionalism. I had been here previously and had no problems what so ever. The technicians were very nice and helped me on and off the table when I had an MRI. My second visit the front office refused to call and verify my insurance and tried to get me to sign a paper that made me responsible for the visit, not if it wasn't covered, sign so I would have to pay for the visit. I don't usually do reviews but at this moment I believe it is necessary. So I went to take my younger sister to get a CT scan. Be mindful that on the phone two days prior to my appointment I was told that all I needed was my ID and insurance card of my sister. I go there an hour before my appointment and was told they would not take her unless if I had a consent form from my parents and their IDs. I am of legal age to have accompanied her without a consent form but I complied with their rules. I sent it through their emails ... read more

My wife had an appointment for 430 here for an ultrasound sound. We live an hour and a half away and I called in to work because she couldn't drive in her condition. As we pulled into the parking lot she got a call saying her appointment was canceled. We went inside and they said her appointment was fine. We then wait an hour in the waiting room before the realize the appointment was in fact canceled because all of the technicians were in a meeting.
