They make it super easy to pay your bills through the online system. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I've never had any issues with them and they let you know with plenty of time when the bills are due.
I don’t understand why everyone is giving this place one start I assume it’s because no one likes paying bills which I don’t either, But I called at 6:30 PM on a Thursday they picked up on the first ring, And my process was clean and simple, and the lady was more than nice and extremely pleasurable to talk to. So I don’t have an issue here
Absolute worst customer service. Sat on the phone for thirty minutes and got no answer. Was randomly billed with no explanation either.
They dont answer half the time. They literally have hung up on us multiple times. And they've over billed us after the insurance finally paid them. Awful!!
They have been giving me the run around on a bill for a year. They claim they have billed it multiple times, and they refuse to refund my money. I paid in good faith, but they feel like it's ok for them to sit on my money. Apparently it's my responsibility to figure out how to get the claim billed. Go somewhere else.
