So displeased with the Duly process now that I 'choose' to be a Full Pay customer and not have health insurance. I have been with Duly for over 20 years. Because of Robin in Glen Ellen Ped's Dept. today, I will no longer go to Duly with my family. You lost a great, loyal customer as I was completely discriminated against for not having Insurance.
