got a bill for lab work called billing dept 2 times i spelled my name 5 times no kidding 5 times i finally asked her to please write it down then i asked for a supervisor and she acted like she didnt hear me i never got billed for a lab work on medicare when i have my annual check up i have an upcoming appt on 29 jan i just gonna cancel it i really did like the doctor ugh
This was an annual physical I always have to pay a co pay which I shouldn’t I only asked for a test that she told me that she can not order. When i asked customer support was told new or worsen condition that is why I have to pay a co pay. There was nothing new or worsen
