FYI- you will see a response from Duly regarding my post. I did take the time to send an email to them about my experience. I never received a reply or any acknowledgment back from them. So disappointing. It was very difficult to get my first/confirm pregnancy appointment scheduled in time, even though it was several weeks out...I called to schedule the appointment VERY shortly after finding out I was pregnant. I’ve had a good experience with the doctor (Dr. Summer Wirth), but the staff was less to be desired . I’ve been trying to get a prescription filled since 8/5 and someone dropped the ball. To make matters worse , I’ve dealt with a particularly snarky nurse there . She’s unprofessional and I didn’t appreciate how she had ME follow up with the company that handles pre authorizations, when that’s HER job. It’s now 8/31 and still no prescription. I’ve also asked to speak to a manager ( really didn’t want to go there, but I felt d... read more
