Receptionist was extremely rude. Medical assistant was clueless. I asked if I needed to give a urine sample. She said no, so I went to the bathroom. 15 minutes later the Dr asked me for a urine sample! I had to sit there and chug water and waste my time. I definitely miss Dr Quell and his staff!
