Horrible do not schedule an appointment here. They are heartless monsters who don't care about the patients just about money. These big companies take over medical groups and the care is lost.
If you have blue cross community insurance they no longer give immunizations only wellness or illness check ups how does this make any sense? So disappointing now I have to look for another facility to take my 4 children. Their loss I guess
Duly has ruined this practice unfortunately. The docs are excellent but the organization has turned into a steaming pile of garbage. Scheduling, which used to be easy when it could be done directly at the Shorewood office, has turned into a nightmare. Additionally, the name change has played havoc with BCBS. Is it Duly? Is it Dupage Medical Group? BCBS has no idea and getting a straight answer on procedure coverage requires at least an hour of phone calls. I brought my son in to be seen and had a terrible experience with NP Lori Jones. My son was examined twice, first by an unsupervised nursing student, then again by NP Jones. I understand that students need to learn but I felt very uncomfortable without the student being directly supervised. When NP Jones did decide to come into the room, she had to examine my son all over again.
