Billing errors, non responsive message/staff, difficult MyChart issues. Basically Doctors are good, the infrastructure is real bad. I don’t think they like their patients.
Been going here for 20+ years. Started with Dr. Curtis and now Dr. Rivera. Excellent doctors and staff. My experience has been that wait times are minimal. I like the new Duly app It allows you setup an appointment and get your test results. I highly recommend them.
Dr.Chandran cares very much about her patients and has handled everything very professionally, with respect, always lets you know what to expect and her communication/follow ups always go smoothly
They don't answer the phones and they DON'T "hold your place in line" or call you back. I'm sick of this location and of DuPage Medical Group, altogether; switching to Advocate!!
