We’ve seen several of the pediatricians with DuPage medical, and all of them were knowledgeable, caring, and took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions and concerns. Highly recommend!!
Worst experience. I have been here for 36 minutes and rang the bell 3 times. Someone came out to look at the sign un sheet and I am the ONLY one here. Said nothing to me and have not helped me .. awful. I hear the employees around the corner joking and laughing and coming and going for food but no service. I have heart failure and feel awful. This is pathetic. No wonder their reviews are the worst.
The lab tech was wonderful. But there is only one in the AM. They need more working in the AM. People fast for blood tests and also are in a hurry to get to work or school. Please add another tech in the mornings!!!!!
It's all about quantity not quality.
Worst experience ever at the physicians office. What happened to patients right and picking where you can get service within an acceptable time frame. Physician ordered several cardiac diagnostic tests and 1st available outpatient appointment was 45 days later!!! What happened to time is muscle and then DMG would not release authorization to have diagnostic tests done through a different healthcare system who cld get me an appointment within 5 days. After 20 years of being a patient at DMG this will be the last!!! And let’s ... read more
