Unresponsive doctors. Totally inadequate phone system. Chaos reigns. Better off going elsewhere.

My doctor is great but it is impossible to get through to the office to schedule an appointment or speak to a nurse. Tried calling for several days Long wait time then told to leave my number for a callback. Finally got a callback last night from the answering service who told me to call back the next day during normal business hours!!.

I really like my doctor here, she is kind and listens. However, the staff [especially at the reception] are rude and act inconvenienced. This one black lady that’s usually the receptionist there is the worst. She even audibly huffed and puffed and was rude when I told her that my birthdate was written incorrectly. One time I was late to my appointment and she literally rolled her eyes and snarled to another employee about it right in front of me. It was absurd and really unprofessional.

The doctors are good but some of the staff are extremely rude, they act like they are doing you a huge favor. I would not go back.

Staff could be nicer. They just insist and insist to charges us with out checking the insurance. Had a few arguments. I've had nothing but billing issues from DMG. How hard is it to bill insurance properly for wellness visits? Waste time and money on the phone.
