Duly (Formerly DuPage Medical Group) really screwed the community of Blue Island and surrounding communities. They turned a full service clinic (Optometry, Xray, Small Surgery, Lab, pharmacy, etc.) formerly known as Pronger Smith into a ghost town. They ran off all of the original Pronger Smith doctors because of Duly’s bogus contracts and brought in Janky Doctors that belong in a county health facility. And to no surprise, they are shutting this location down. Boycotting Duly for this reason and going to Advocate instead.
Everyone was nice.
Dr. Utterman she's a good doctor when you have problems she will explain to you what's going on with you.
