I’ve had a very frustrating experience trying to get in touch with the DuPage Housing Authority. Despite multiple attempts, they do not respond to emails or calls. This lack of communication has forced me to drive all the way up from Kentucky just to port in. It’s incredibly inconvenient and disappointing, especially when timely responses could have resolved the issue remotely. I hope they improve their communication in the future.
I see a lot of negative reviews on this housing authority but they literally are the best I’ve ever had this is my first time dealing with one. A few mishaps before I got selected but I’m so grateful for Gail Winfield and my case worker. Gail has been working there for years and she knows what she’s talking about if she’s rude to you you probably were rude to her. Give them time to work with you they will get back to you. NOTE!! I have been Calling DHA every day for 3 week's and I Always get the Leave a message and Never get a Return callback Also I have been Attempting to Login online and I get a personal' John' our Site is Down For Maintenance
