This place is a joke and they will tell you that they will call you back that will never happen and for 12 months no payments for the 12 months has been received according to the landlord they say that the payment has been reversed the page Housing Authority saying that those payments has been made. I am now in collections for over $20,000 because no one can tell me where these payments are and they will not give me any proof showing that they made these payments. First, this review in no way reflects my level of appreciation for the section 8 program or the enormity of its importance to low income people. It is an ESSENTIAL program and even with all its problems, I'd take it over homelessness or dangerous housing. I was able to send my kids to good schools and live in safe neighborhoods after my ex husband left. My children had stable housing until they were able to graduate, move out and live independently.
