My wife had a problem where it would crash on her when she send a payment and it wouldn't go through.
Another case of getting hit with a surprise bill from this company. I brought my son to Advocate to be tested for flu on a Sunday when our pediatrician was closed. Received the bill from advocate and paid it, and then received a bill for triple that amount from this company.
I echo EVERY SINGLE REVIEW! Billing is a nightmare. I paid my bill in full and still receive random sketchy looking bills.
Like everyone else in the reviews, I can confirm there is a problem with their billing department. They are unable to process insurance claims correctly, resulting in invalid bills being sent to customers. Since you cannot resolve the issues with them, they send bills to collections, and you end up dealing with debt collectors. A $20 PCP visit can turn into a multi-year nightmare.
