The guys came over and did a great job. It’s the third time I’ve used Dupage and I continue to appreciate their attention to detail.

The guy I spoke to was so unprofessional. He was annoyed that I called him while he was driving. Didn’t even give his name. I asked if he could do it on a weekend and he said employees have stuff going on weekends and that he would “look into it”. Why would you advertise weekend availability if your staff is too busy to do it?? Never heard from him after he said he would “look into it and get back to me”. Crew was totally professional, friendly, and efficient. Carpets, rugs, and furniture look practically new now. Most highly recommended.
