I HIGHLY recommend this place! After getting quotes from the dealership and one other auto repair shop (whose prices were more than the dealer!), Dupage Auto Werks was more reasonable. Their work was excellent, explanation of what was needed and what wasn't necessary was understandable and honest and the work was completed in a very reasonable amount of time. They even provided me a loaner car so I didn't have to walk the five miles home. I will definitly be having them work on both of my vehicles in the future.
Experienced group with loaners available during repairs. Even after agreeing upon a repair scope and price, they continued to explore alternatives and discovered a more cost effective solution, even though it would result in less work/profit for the shop. A good way to earn trust and repeat business.
I cannot stress strongly enough how much I value the care and excellence provided by DuPage Auto Werks. In a world where very few companies can be trusted, it is without equivocation that I recommend Dwayne Shilling and his shop. My Volkswagen Beetle is now running better than the day I bought it thanks to his proficiency and knowledge.
