She wasn't polite and sounds depressed
Charged me $150 in over draft fees while I was off work for a death in the family and I called and asked for them to return at least some of the money so I could afford to get my daughter stuff and they refused. Terrible.
Been banking here since I was a child. It used be a great credit union and wonderful staff. The last two times I needed assistance, when I called, they made me feel like such an inconvenience. They were rude and unwilling to help. After 25 years, I’m moving from Dupaco and couldn’t be happier to have goodbye.
