My 78 year old widowed mother visited this practice last week and had a staff member steal her personal information and send a handwritten letter to her home asking her on a date (the employee was in his 30’s). She feels very uncomfortable and unsafe and the practice has yet to address how this employee will be reprimanded. I am so uncomfortable and worried about by mom. Do not go here! Oh I have a photo of the letter of the practice head wants to deny it. Happy to upload. Super creepy situation.
First time appointment and Dr Nguyen took the time to explain my test results and test steps. Outstanding physician.
