Ember was awesome! I appreciated the salon requiring a consult since I was a new client and do a total transformation to blonde. I was able to meet with Ember, go over what I wanted and then get my appointment scheduled. I wanted as a surprise for my husband and I was so happy with the results!
Staff was friendly, but I went in to get my hair curled and it didn't even last until my event. I specifically told them my hair doesn't hold curls well, and that I needed it to last for an evening out. Very disappointing to go to a salon and pay for a service with no better results than at-home curling attempts. Another thing that was off-putting is they tried to change the time of my appointment on the day of the appointment.
Just had my first appointment here and with Dezi-she delivered! Cute salon, yummy smelling products and friendly staff. I will be back again 🫶
