We contracted Natalie Mai to help us with our K1 visa. It has been a total nightmare. Over the last 2 years we have had numerous hangups and problems with this company. Forms were filled out incorrectly and major holdups. Trying to get an appointment usually takes 5-7 days waiting and her staff is never any help. Our last issue was with the green card, they apparently got the form correct but the government messed up when they sent the card and said we have to resubmit the form.
