A fabulous selection of jewellery perfect for gifts, backed up with excellent customer service. I recently purchased the Kirstin Ash cascade necklace and wander hoops earrings for my daughter as a special 21st birthday gift with input and advice from the lovely man serving me. Both items were perfect and my daughter loved them, now heading off for a European summer holiday wearing her new bling. Thank You!

My experience with DUO Jewellery has been nothing short of AMAZING. The high level of customer service I received from Yannick in particular can be rare these days. After chasing a particular item as a pair, and being quite fussy about it - Yannick went above and beyond to make my purchase a smooth transaction that was just SO easy! One VERY happy customer - I would certainly shop here again, and recommend all my friends and family do so.
If buying from this site by sighting the Big Mama Bracelet advertised on this Stores Site BE WARNED. The colour gold is very different to the gold bracelet you receive 6 weeks after you have paid the huge price for it. The gold is cheap looking like costume jewellery. When I received it I rang and asked if I could send back for a full refund. I was told yes by the lady In charge.
