Very unprofessional manner when it comes to dealing with their employees, sad a “industry leader” would trip over a dollar to save a dime
We have had 2- bike shelters for a University on order for almost a year now with multiple promises of delivery. Very poor communications, promises of getting back to me but I have had to call them everytime I wanted an update on the delivery schedule. DUO-GARD is regarded as one of the best in this business but definitely the worst! We will not order from them again.
Nice professional people,drivers quick loading just make sure you bring the right tarp size and equipment
