we have a duo-form shower enclosure in our RV and the shower pan has gotten a hole in it. We have been trying to get a hold of Duo-form plastics to see if we can get a replacement but we never get a response either by phone or e-mail. After sales service is as important as the sale and i think this compony in my opinion is lacking.
