Although I had to drive a longer distance than the other jewelers, I knew it would be worth it since it had the best reviews on Google. And I was not disappointed. They fixed my bracelet within minutes with warmth and great smiles. I can’t imagine any other jewelers in Naples that can match their service or their prices. I give them a 10+.
So happy with my experience here . I got quotes from so many Jewelers to get my ring sized up one size and this was the best price by far !! on top of the best price, it was also the fastest turnaround . The turn around at every other location I got quoted from was at least a week! I was able to drop off my ring and bring it home the same day. It fit perfectly when I picked it up and was sparkling and I could tell was handled with care . it was perfect experience!
I had such a great experience with this jewelry store! I brought in my daughter’s bracelet to be resized along with a few pieces that needed repair, and they were absolutely amazing from start to finish.
