Horrible service!!! I had a procedure scheduled mid March but did not go through with it. Upon my arrival, I paid $350 and completed paperwork. Fortunately I was having doubts from the beginning resulting in me leaving the facility without speaking to anyone. The Office Manager called my cell at least four times to inquire on my whereabouts.
