Dr.Sermons and his team are always charming.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Sermons for over 15 years and by far he is one of the best obgyn I’ve encountered. His bedside manner and the way he advocates for his patients are top tier.
Overall had a great experience with the staff and Dr. Price. The only reason I didn’t leave 5 stars is because of the waiting time. My apt was at 1:30 and left at 3:30. The lobby was full of patients so I understand it can get busy with limited doctors to see everyone. I’d suggest either scheduling with larger appointments slots to be a bit more efficient with time.
I just had to get on here and leave a review because i have never in my life been talk to the way Alicia the office manager talked to me because i was trying to transfer as a patient to they’re practice. She was just so rude and unprofessional I couldn’t believe it. I’m 23 weeks pregnant and Lisa Price delivered my 2nd child so I was trying to go back to her, but who she has representing her practice is absolutely unacceptable. I started getting prenatal care here in October and really liked G'vanni. My delivering doctor was Dr. Price and she's the reason I would not recommend this practice. She broke my water without consent and when confronted, she said "I don't have to ask for consent" . If you want a doctor who will not only see your baby as a patient, but you as well then I highly recommend you go elsewhere. Dr. Price is the reason I have birth trauma.
