As a first time patient at Dunwin Dental, I especially enjoyed the thoughtfulness and details Liliana, RDH during the whole process. I did not feel any discomfort or rush. The care and attention I received are exceptional. Liliana also clearly explained and demonstrated the C shape flossing which no previous hygienist had explained to me. I can’t thank Dr. Mona and the entire team enough for the outstanding care they provided. While visiting Mississauga, my 7-year-old son chipped his front tooth, and we found this dental office and walked in without an appointment. Even though the office was scheduled to close at 4:00 p.m., Dr. Mona stayed until 5:00 p.m. to make sure his tooth was repaired perfectly. Dr. Mona was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. I had an excellent experience. The staff is very friendly and the dentists are highly professional. From the beginning, they were very clear with me, they did a complete examination and explained in a simple way issues that could affect my dental health in the future—things that had never been mentioned to me in other places—while taking the necessary preventive measures. I brought my daughter to Dunwin Dental a while back when she had broken a tooth after our regular dentist's office had already closed for the day. The front desk staff were helpful, listened patiently, and provided helpful info to me about signing up for the Canada Dental Plan. The clinical staff and doctor were similarly excellent, and did a great job fixing my daughter's tooth.
