Davinder is always very helpful, friendly and efficient! He is incredibly dedicated and works tirelessly to ensure that the building issues are resolved. In the past year, he has succesfully sorted out a very difficult issue with our hot water, and recently addressed an elevator issue very quick. Thank you!
It's been a whole year since we moved in here at Dunway Court. The acquisition process was smooth, although we were still in Winnipeg when we first inquired about the unit, the rental property manager was able to accommodate remote viewing and even allowed a family member from Vancouver to inspect the unit prior to our move. On move in day, the apt unit was clean, cupboards and bathroom fixtures were updated with new ones.
