The first night we stayed the AC decided to not work and even with a fan, it was still awful. The second night we stayed in one of the new suites and the AC was working and it was so nice! Full kitchen suite, 1½ bathrooms, 2 bdrms, one with a king sized bed and the other with 2 queen beds.
Being awoken by cleaning staff entering the room as you're sleeping at 9am asking to empty the garbage on check out day is inexcusable.

The food in the hotel was excellent with great customer service from the servers especially Fran. I appreciated how the staff offered meal options that accommodated my dietary needs. The concierge staff were excellent as well when I needed change for laundry or had any concerns.
If you are looking for an early start, you like to see the constellations on your ceiling, and you like to play "Let's decipher what they are saying on TV", then this is your place! From the beasts of hell trying to claw their way through the ceiling at 725 in the morning, to a self ejecting chair, to the garbled sounds coming from the TV because the speakers no longer are working properly and finally the "blackout curtains that are so old, they create a star pattern across the room, this is the hotel for you.
