The quality of the sod has severely gone downhill. We are extremely hesitant on even giving them a go this season because it was so bad last year. I called last week and the lady that picked up the phone was so rude. I just hung up.
I understand that these people are farmers that own this but that does not mean you have horrible customer service. You come in polite and ask for information to be able to purchase and do business. The ladies response to me at that office was they do not have time to do that for you. We don't know you and we only operate with people we know. Will call you if we need anything. I found this place online and stopped in to pick up some sod. Bob at the front office was helpful and took care of everything I needed. The sod is of very high quality and their location is easy to get in and out of. Call ahead to place your order. Thank you for a positive experience! I’ll definitely be back.
